I have had an amazing experience so far with Linley and Simpson. One thing that tops their service is the promptness to arrivals and calls. I had a viewing with Chelsea last Thursday, and it was nice chatting with her. She was patient and answered all the questions I had; even when she wasn’t sure, she made sure to double check for me.

I was shown round two flats with the same person, Aiden, and both times he was extremely helpful and patient since this was my first time looking for a place to live on my own. He gave really useful advice as well which lead to me getting the first flat I applied for. Everyone else on the team I interacted with over email or phone were also really wonderful.

They were always friendly and always answers the phone. Only negative I would say is that sometimes we would call and the information would not be relayed to other team members.
