I had a delightful encounter with Ebonie in the Pudsey office yesterday 17 Sept and she was wonderful. My family was running late coming in from London to do our ID check and get our keys. She stayed back after her official hours to help and was very gracious about it. Extremely grateful to her as we would have been stranded otherwise.

We had Aiden Hamilton show us around the apartment that we chose and he had a friendly atmosphere which made it very welcoming to any questions we had.
