We had a great experience with Linley and Simpson when buying our first home. Even though they aren’t local to our area, the team were very accessible with arranging viewings and handling our queries. Upon exchange, they were also incredibly helpful and accommodating with arranging exchange of keys.Our agent was Cal, and she was fantastic. I was kept updated on the vendors progress throughout and any queries I had were immediately raised with the seller. No faults at all. Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a first time buyer I had ideologies that buying a house would be fun and some what exciting. However in today's climate I encountered what could only be described as a lion's den. Estate agents that would advertise properties where they don't have access, had already sold or stating they only had access on a Tuesday at 11am. In short... after four months of experiencing this and still looking, I was ready to give up. Then I met Manuel and Katie at Bingley Branch of Linley and Simpson. My excitement was instantly restored. They answered questions, called me back, arranged viewings and after only a week I am in the process of buying my first dream home with them. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

We instructed the North Leeds branch to market and sell our sons flat in Moortown Leeds, David met us at the flat and was very friendly,professional and clearly eager to have our business,The next was Ryan who handled the sale personally ,he was also brilliant,kept us fully updated all the time and answered our queries immediately.They have secured a very good offer for the property subject to contract, they sold it well above what we were expecting and we believe it was due to their presentation of the property and their local knowledge of the area.Ryan even negotiated some internal furniture with the buyer,he went beyond the normal duties of an estate agent.Cannot fault this company although property not secured but can still say that David Reece and Ryan are a credit to the company and we would recommend them without reservationThanks to both
