The team at the York office are professional, focused and experienced. We felt very well looked after when buying a house through them. They kept us updated every step of the way and their recommended solicitors and surveyors all worked as a team to get things done quickly. Having had one of our family houses rented out for a few years now, with Joplin’s from the first tenant, until the middle of this year, I was initially concerned when our tenancy was moved into the Lindley & Simpson business, particularly as we were right in the middle of a difficult tenant dispute which the Joplin’s team were handling very well for us.I’d just like to say I needn’t have worried as the integration of our account and tenancy situation has slotted very well into the Lindley & Simpson business in all departments from the front facing team in the Ripon office, to the back office Credit control and maintainence teams, which I seem to need regularly with my tenant !!.Three years ago I was on the fence of whether I even needed an estate agent for one house, but being a busy man, and giving the mine field of being a private landlord in the 21st century, when it all goes a bit awry, which EVERY landlord will face at some point, this service is definately worth the money, and I would recommend having Lindley & Simpson managing your property.

From the start of our journey to us actually getting the keys to our property took just over 5 weeks and we cannot fault the help and support we have been given by all the lovely staff in this branch and the team at the head office. If i could leave zero stars then i would. Registered for a property the day it was set live. Had to chase up three times to make sure i was registered, each time i spoke to someone they had to take my details again even though the previous person had supposedly taken them down. Still not heard anything two weeks later so i called myself only to be to told the property had now been let!! This is appalling service given the already competitive state of the rental market! Terrible experience.
