We used Northwood to let and manage our property for 8 years. The service provided by John and his team since they took over from the old Northwood team is chalk & cheese, they are now excellent, and as a landlord his ongoing support and guidance is professional and invaluable. They manage to look after landlord, property and tenants in equal measure, dealing with any issues in a very responsive manner. They are very quick in returning calls and dealing with issues. We would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from the start . Starting with a phone call to Shirley who pulled out all stops to arrange a viewing at a minutes notice . Helping me understand the process of being a cash buyer which was very helpful. Meeting John at the property, even ringing me when he was near by as not to be waiting outside the property no longer then needed to be . John walked me around the property helping with the many queries I had . I found his experience extremely helpful and gave me a good insight to the property. In short . They were very helpful, informative and very professional.

First property that I let via Northwood Hull. I have experience with other agents in other cities . The professional approach is very different then what I am used to. Communication went smooth and now found tenants. Can definitely recommend Northwood in Hull.

I can honestly say that the service that Norwood provide is excellent. The telephone is always answered quickly, the staff are always friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. I Highly recommend Northwood estate and letting agents in Beverley.. I phoned the branch and asked of a possible property viewing for rent only to be told it was no longer available . I then explained my criteria and wants and dislikes of a property to rent. Jessica imidiately had a property in mind and arranged a viewing. Said property was spot on and exactly what I wanted to rent . The whole experience of crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s was made smooth and easy by Jessica grimes and team .
