GoogleWho doesn't dread using an estate agent? Who hasn't heard all the horror stories? In my opinion, none of the other estate agents in this area compare with Northwood.
Impeccable service levels, calls answered promptly, enquiries answered quickly and professionalism displayed throughout the process. I always felt that this company was constantly on the ball.
I worked with John Ounsworth and he is at the top of his game. Having been around a long time I can find fault with anything (so my wife tells me) but I am hard pressed to think of anything that Northwood didn't do right with my sale. Would I use them again? I most certainly would.

GoogleThey never do repairs properly or they'll pay for half of it then when the people say they need to come back to do more, northwood obviously won't pay then. Expect tentants to live in decrepid houses then try and charge the tenant for damages when they vacate the property depsite the agents taking photos and doing inspections every 6 months. They should know the state of the property. They just ignore any concerns only contact you when they went you out or want money

Going the extra mile is just what we do, or as we like to say going 'over and above'. We deliver a service, not only one that you should expect, but one that we would like to receive in any circumstances. There are too many organisations delivering a poor level of service and blaming somebody else, the only people responsible for good or bad service is the person delivering it. Our team are the only ones accountable for our standard of service and will continue to always go 'over and above' for our clients.
