Dear Aishwarya, We are genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. While the root cause of the leak was due to a wider structural issue affecting multiple apartments, something outside the direct control of both ourselves and your landlord, we fully acknowledge that as your managing agent, it was our responsibility to support you, keep you informed, and ensure the matter was continually progressed. We accept that living with an ongoing leak is extremely disruptive, and we understand how stressful that must have been. Although the resolution required action from the building management company and developer, our team did actively escalate and follow up on the issue. However, we recognise that the experience fell short of your expectations, and for that, we apologise. With regard to the lift, this also falls under the responsibility of the building management company, and unfortunately we do not have direct control over its maintenance or payment arrangements. That said, we did raise concerns on your behalf when issues were reported. We take feedback like this seriously and will reflect on how we can improve communication and tenant support in situations where third parties are involved. We wish you all the best moving forward.
