Having moved several times over the past few years we have experienced all the (few) highs and (many) lows of High Street and On-line Estate Agents so, reading Paddy's brochure, marketing information and hearing from him on how he promised to provide a more bespoke and personal service through limiting his number of marketed properties, we thought it would be worth a try. We were absolutely delighted with the result! Paddy's knowledge of the local market, his ideas on presentation of the property and marketing details were refreshing and throughout his contact with us he was open and straightforward.
