Paddy and Celia have been first class. Having first spoken to Paddy some 18 months before we bought, he was the only person that followed up my calls and regularly kept in touch to make us feel like he was working for us. In a tricky market, he managed to find a house which is absolutely ideal and they were a great help to us at every step of the way. We couldn’t fault their professionalism and service. We hope that we wont be moving anytime soon but, if we did, then there is only one person I would ring and I would recommended Paton & Co to anyone looking to get the best deal when buying or selling property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Paton & Co were wonderful when it came to the sale of my flat in Stockbridge, Edinburgh. They had lined up potential buyers before it even went live and they made sure the sale was hassle free. Getting the offer within 10 days and full sale complete within 3 months. They took care of everything from the photos to the viewings and did it all around our schedule so not to interrupt working from home meetings and day to day life. They are a family run business and I really felt they cared about selling my property, giving good advice and always had time for my questions with an amazing team to support. They understand it’s a home not a house and are sensitive to selling your home whilst getting you the best price in the market. After buying and selling a few properties this was by far my best experience and would highly recommend to anyone selling.
