GoogleTitle: Truly Outstanding Service from Start to Finish As a first-time buyer at an online property auction, I found the process …
5/5
GoogleEverything was well explained and the process was very straightforward and well managed from start to finish. All questions were answered fully and communications were prompt. A really good service all round.

GoogleThis is the most amazing service. A sale that had fallen through, then the property flooded and I literally felt rescued! Sounds dramatic but the process was so simple and straightforward, Simon worked with the team at Gibbs Gillespie and we exchanged within a month and completed in 6 weeks - dream way to sell a property. Highly recommend First for Auctions and Gibbs Gillespie they’ve gone out of their way to help us can’t thank them enough.

GoogleA very good experience - we will absolutely engage Simon and his team again. All to often support drops away after a sale, but Simon's follow-up and post sale engagement and responsiveness was excellent. Well done - I would recommend.

GoogleI received excellent advice and guidance from Daniel at First for Auctions. He explained all the pros and cons, ensuring that I fully understood the process and what it entailed. I achieved the expected asking price, the best part is the guaranteed 6 weeks completion time frame. I would recommend the on line auction and it will be my first choice if I sell a property again.

GoogleIn a world of mediocrity, it is rare to come across true professionalism and people who really know their subject. I can thoroughly recommend First for Auctions and, Daniel Gale, in particular. His determination ensured that the sale of my two properties went through at the agreed price

GoogleA great property auction service from start to finish. I had auctioned property before and found it a positive experience, and this was just as good. Alex Bicknell handled everything calmly, competently and professionally. He was also faultless in communications and returning calls and emails. In summary, I would highly recommend this auction house.
5/5
GoogleA thoroughly professional experience from start to finish. The pros and cons of auction were explained fully at the start, the communications were excellent, even through the trials, tribulations and delays of land registry issues. Achieved a higher than expected value and we could not have been more impressed. Thank you.

GoogleNot happy, they extend the biding last minute by 30 seconds in the row ,plus they have people from inside to bid , to put the price up , be very careful as the properties are going ove the market value 👎

GoogleDan at First for Auctions was really helpful and supportive, clearly explained the process, kept me updated on progress leading up to the auction, and was on-hand throughout the auction to advise and support.

GoogleExcellent service. We were updated every week on the number of viewings and most importantly, the number of potential bidders who were eligible to bid at auction. Very pleased with the whole smooth process. Many thanks
