GoogleI really cannot speak highly enough of the service i received when dealing with a particularly stressful sale. Daniel was amazing - calm, efficient, knowledgeable, he really did go the extra mile! We sold through the auction process, and whilst initial interest was slow we got there in the end - and the 6 week settlement process went smoothly. I'd recommend this as a way to sell if you want (reasonable) certainty around completion timeframes. Thanks to all involved!

Duplicate Listings: I noticed that a particular property was sold twice on your website. During the second auction, the results of the first auction were temporarily removed from public view. These results reappeared only after the second auction concluded. Transparency and Ethics: I was informed by your team that if I were to use your services as a seller, listings could be removed upon request. This practice raises ethical concerns and could impact trust in the platform. Indexing and Visibility: Many property data science companies and search engines cache auction results. While this is understandable, it’s critical for such platforms to have the technical expertise to prevent these listings from being indexed by search engines post-auction. This oversight can lead to auctioned properties being undervalued, which is particularly disadvantageous for property investors and flippers. GDPR Compliance: GDPR regulations require the removal of personal data or content upon request. Your current approach appears to fall short of these legal requirements, which is concerning. Special Conditions and Memorandum Signing: The memorandum was signed on behalf of clients without adequate consultation. By comparison, other auction companies take a more proactive approach, removing listings immediately to safeguard seller interests and maintain compliance. I hope you’ll consider addressing these issues to enhance trust, transparency, and service quality.

GoogleJust sold my first house (or indeed anything!) by auction with a lot of help from the wonderful Paul Lynch. It was a massive learning curve for me, so he walked me through every step with patience and good humour. We achieved the price we expected which was great. Additionally the last 10 minutes were SO exciting (I watched it online) so if you want an adrenaline boost try selling by auction! Just make sure you use Paul from First for Auctions.

GoogleThis was our first time purchasing a property via an auction. The First For Auctions site works well. The buying process and associated T&C’s were clear and straightforward. In our case, we agreed a price with the seller prior to the actual auction, dealing direct with First For Auctions, who were helpful with their advice and very responsive. They also recommended a very good solicitor to act for us on the conveyancing and completion. Overall, a smooth and trouble-free experience.

GoogleAuctioning a property was a new experience, but Alex Bicknell , of First For Auctions, gave professional advice with clear explanations at every stage. The whole process was completed online, which made it very convenient, as well as, fast and efficient, with contracts 'exchanged' as soon as the hammer fell. Plus 'completion' happens within the next six weeks. The auction itself was very interesting, and a bit exciting! I was very pleased with the result, as the property met the hoped for valuation that Alex had given when he first saw it. I would highly recommend First For Auctions and this method of selling a property, (with no 'chain'), that is in need of renovation.
