GoogleWe recently exchanged on a property through Queenswood homes, sold via Sterling. Meka Davies has been excellent in making sure we were handled well throughout the process, it always helps that the person who`s handling you as a buyer cares about how the build is going.

GoogleI cannot recommend Sterling in Berkhamsted highly enough. Meka and Yoni took care of our sale and purchase, and Meka in particular really went the extra mile for us, although they were *both* superb and Yoni worked tirelessly on the open weekend for our house which was unbelievably busy with interest drummed up by the branch. The marketing materials were lovely quality and the house tour video was a real bonus, getting lots of attention on their Instagram channel. It is clear that the whole Berkhamsted branch are personally invested in their clients; Sandra who only works Saturdays knew all about us and our chain and I was impressed by this attention to detail! To summarise, if you want tenacious Berkhamsted estate sales, but with friendliness and heart, choose Sterling 👌

From the first speculative views (where we weren't sure ourselves what we wanted or even if we wanted to move) Susan was there, offering time, expertise and guidance. The service throughout really was second to none. Susan and the rest of the Sterling team worked hard to keep everything moving in the right direction, and kept us informed and our nerves settled throughout. Illegal contracts written to lock in & trick landlords into hidden fees. Full management fee does not include all the extra fees or doing absolutely anything. No option to terminate them. Do not use this company.

GoogleSterling Estate Agents have been incredible; we were acquiring a property through their services and were interacting with Meka. She was extremely supportive, especially since we were first-time buyers. We were provided with all the necessary information and were consistently kept up to date. GoogleWe have lived in Berkhamsted for a number of years and have had experience with various estate agents, having bought and sold numerous properties. We found Sterling to have a refreshingly different approach than others as in, less schmooze, more direct and concise in how they will sell your property and certainly far more proactive in finding a buyer than many others. I had initial meetings with Ben and Meka who both inspired a lot of confidence, although mainly dealt with Meka who is a real "tour de force" and undoubtedly a real asset to Stirling , as is Phil who we found to be equally engaging. GoogleLived in a property managed by Sterling for a year. Was evicted due to spiteful contractor lying to managing agents after I complained that they had done a bad job. Agents then proceeded to attempt to claim the entirety of the deposit. Showed incredible unwillingness to negotiate and I was forced to report it to TDS for arbitration who found massively in my favour after agents tried to blame me for damage to the saniflow that had been reported right at the beginning of the tenancy. Justin was incredibly unpleasant to deal with throughout the tenancy. Shows 0 regard for tenants and is only interested in landlords. Avoid at all costs
