We recently purchased a property in Berkhamsted with Sterling. We were moving from London and definitely needed some guidance on the area and figuring out what was going to work. Meka was AMAZING! Like above and beyond amazing. Even after the sale she was helping us find tradesmen and pulling in special favours to get people in immediately on a couple of safety issues for our two small children. She really got to know us and what we wanted and she was always there to speak with during the whole transaction but wasn’t pushy and didn’t have any classic estate agent spiel but really helped us imagine our lives in a new place. Definitely recommend getting your details on the books as we ended up with a place that was off market. Thoroughly recommend, we would use them to sell if we ever do In the future.

Fantastic Staff - Especially Clinton! We had a great rental viewing experience with Clinton recently. He was so professional and stood out to me against the other estate agents i had dealt with in the Berkhamsted and Hemel area. We have just completed after a rather difficult and protracted process which started 10 months ago and ended up on a complicated chain of 5. Without the tenacity and determination of Meka and team I don't think this would have happened. Another Estate Agent (from a different EA) commented that Meka deserved a cut of one of the other agents fees for the work she did to keep it all together in the final week and I quite agree. From start to finish we have been very happy with the professional service offered by Sterling and the whole Berkhamsted team. The pricing strategy was spot on, the photos were excellent, we were sold within a day of viewings and the after sale support have been great. Meka Davies at Sterling Estate Agents in Berkhamsted is the most professional and caring real estate agent I've ever encountered. Previously, I had a tough time in the property market before finding Meka. In late January 2020, I completed on my first property in Berkhamsted thanks in no small part to her efforts. She was very quick to respond to any and all of my questions and requests. I was immensely grateful for her constant follow up with vendors and solicitors, as well as keeping me regularly informed throughout the purchasing process. I can't recommend her and Sterling Estate Agents in Berkhamsted enough. When I am ready to move on, she will certainly be the one I choose to help sell my property.

She was full of energy - we had feedback after every viewing and she clearly worked incredibly hard and very long hours to make sure that everything ran smoothly. Meka is lovely & supported our purchase well but Ben the owner tried to force us to sell through them by claiming that the vendor would only take the property off the market if we sold through sterling. Wasn’t going to bother reviewing but heard he pulled the same move on a friend of a friend. Only sell your house through Sterling if you’re willing for your prospective buyers to be coerced into selling through them as well.
