Absolutely fantastic agents. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I was with them for a long time as my original buyer pulled out at the last minute. They were fabulous. They sold my house again, and were the only agents in the chain that seemed to be progressing the sale. They answered emails with lightening speed, were kind and efficient. After being listed with an established, international agency for 10 months without an offer, Meka Davies sold our house in a month. From day one, Sterling told me they’d get the house sold and I really believed them. Meka and the team worked tirelessly to get viewings booked in and our house was sold after two weekends at the price we were promised. I felt Meka wanted to sell it as much as I did - she really does go in to battle on your behalf. It’s sometimes difficult to know if an estate agent has your best interests at heart but in the moments I doubted it (because of my past experiences) Meka is the sort of person you can have a very honest and frank conversation with. She will absolutely get the best outcome for you if you work with her in the right way. There was something that went wrong with our purchase that she had nothing to do with but she took the time to give me a pep talk and made me feel a lot better about the situation. She really knows how to hustle and works so hard - I highly recommend.

As FTB, we were pretty nervous about the whole process, expecting it to be a major source of stress. But to our surprise, it turned out to be a breeze. From the viewing to closing the deal, it only took us two months, way quicker than we thought! The estate agents were a big part of what made it so easy. They were super supportive and always ready to answer our newbie questions. I have to give a big shout-out to Meka, who was a real champ. Meka was there for us 24/7, even on weekends. I recently sold my house in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, and I cannot praise the service and commitment from Meka, Susan and the whole team at Sterling Estate Agents highly enough. They were outstanding and unlike any estate agent I have used before. Razor sharp service, strategic, super attentive, great advice, knowledgeable, frank, honest and good humoured. My property was sold fast and for above the asking price. This is an estate agent that really wants to do business. There was no waiting around.
