Hi I understand you would not give your current address, along with other relevant information necessary to register you for a viewing. unfortunately without this basic information we cannot let you view, we have a duty of care to the property owner, I'm sure you wouldn't expect to have people viewing your own property without the agent having this basic information. Without giving this information no agent would agree to let you view one of their properties, if they do then they are not representing their clients best interests. Should you wish to re consider and supply this information we would be pleased to register you and conduct the viewing.

Hi Chelsea, sorry you appear to have had an issue with us, this is certainly not normal for our Berkhamsted branch, our team in Berkhamsted are lively friendly professionals, always happy to help, perhaps you can help me, we don't have a Chelsea Woods registered in any of our branches, would you have registered in another name? as I would like to contact you to discuss your experience.

Hi Garry Thanks for taking the time to rate our service although we are really disappointed with only 1 star! As you are aware you withdrew from the purchase of a property we introduced you to because of issues with the lease, while this is frustrating it is disappointing that it has reflected on us, this was totally out of our control. I can sympathise with your frustrations. Please reconsider your rating of our company. Best of luck with your onwards search.
