By far the best estate agents in this area. We experienced a service from Meka and team making us feel as though we were their only clients. Meka was so knowledgeable, honest, informative, supportive and patient throughout the whole process. The whole experience from start to finish was stress free. Our house was sold quicker than expected Meka does not waste anytime finding and securing a sale…her passion for what she does is unrivalled. We honestly cannot recommend Sterling enough they were nothing short of amazing. If you are thinking of putting your house on the market don’t use anyone else.

Sterling were brilliant to deal with when we bought our home in Berkhamsted a few years ago, so they were the obvious choice of agent for us when it came to selling too. They're a great team, all lovely to deal with and they have an expert understanding of the local market. They were quickly able to line up a large number of buyers and secured several offers on our property. They were also super accommodating when it came to viewings and I found their seller dashboard useful to keep track of viewing requests, feedback and offers. We recently purchased a property in Berkhamsted with Sterling. We were moving from London and definitely needed some guidance on the area and figuring out what was going to work. Meka was AMAZING! Like above and beyond amazing. Even after the sale she was helping us find tradesmen and pulling in special favours to get people in immediately on a couple of safety issues for our two small children. She really got to know us and what we wanted and she was always there to speak with during the whole transaction but wasn’t pushy and didn’t have any classic estate agent spiel but really helped us imagine our lives in a new place. Definitely recommend getting your details on the books as we ended up with a place that was off market. Thoroughly recommend, we would use them to sell if we ever do In the future.

We have just completed after a rather difficult and protracted process which started 10 months ago and ended up on a complicated chain of 5. Without the tenacity and determination of Meka and team I don't think this would have happened. Another Estate Agent (from a different EA) commented that Meka deserved a cut of one of the other agents fees for the work she did to keep it all together in the final week and I quite agree. From start to finish we have been very happy with the professional service offered by Sterling and the whole Berkhamsted team. The pricing strategy was spot on, the photos were excellent, we were sold within a day of viewings and the after sale support have been great. Fantastic Staff - Especially Clinton! We had a great rental viewing experience with Clinton recently. Meka Davies at Sterling Estate Agents in Berkhamsted is the most professional and caring real estate agent I've ever encountered. Previously, I had a tough time in the property market before finding Meka. In late January 2020, I completed on my first property in Berkhamsted thanks in no small part to her efforts. She was very quick to respond to any and all of my questions and requests. I was immensely grateful for her constant follow up with vendors and solicitors, as well as keeping me regularly informed throughout the purchasing process. I can't recommend her and Sterling Estate Agents in Berkhamsted enough. When I am ready to move on, she will certainly be the one I choose to help sell my property.
