Moving home is always a stressful time but the Sterling team steered us through brilliantly especially our agent Meka! A bubbly positive character she went above and beyond the call of duty, nothing was too much trouble and her advice throughout was spot on! So I met Meka on 21st March.She arranged the first viewing for the next day which resulted in an offer, albeit non proceedable as they had something to sell. The following week photos were taken and without even hitting Rightmove she had booked in, I think, 5 viewings for the following Saturday 29th. This resulted in at least 2 offers, maybe 3. Then an offer received over asking with the proviso I took it off market. Couldn’t believe the speed from appointing Sterling to receiving an offer. If you are in doubt which agent to choose, I would strongly recommend Sterling, Meka was amazing and backed up by a really capable team.

As FTB, we were pretty nervous about the whole process, expecting it to be a major source of stress. But to our surprise, it turned out to be a breeze. From the viewing to closing the deal, it only took us two months, way quicker than we thought! The estate agents were a big part of what made it so easy. They were super supportive and always ready to answer our newbie questions. I have to give a big shout-out to Meka, who was a real champ. Meka was there for us 24/7, even on weekends. Even though the numbers of agents in Berkhamsted are increasing, "one x Sterling" is equivalent to "12 other agents all put together". Meka and her team actually SELL your property, they are sakes people. They don't just accompany a viewer.
