FacebookThe team in St Albans have been really helpful to us in purchasing our first home last summer. They are honest, genuine in their approach (not pushy like many other agents we've been to) and knowledgable of the St Albans area. We felt we had agents we could trust from start to finish and will certainly use them in the future should we need to. Particular mention to Louise and Sam. Thank you for all your help. FacebookI hope no one else has to live next door to a property managed by Ashton's. Total disregard for covid rules and noise. Utterly miserable year living next to disrespectful tenants and no support from Ashton's. Think carefully before picking your agent. No surprise that there's not a single Ashton's board in our village, people talk!

GoogleEverything so far with my sale has run smoothly, and they have been flexible around my challenging work pattern. The photos taken were professional and I got a quick sale using the service, so if I were to sell in the area again, I would go back to Gilmore's.

GoogleEnquiried re land department 9.20am Friday. Didn’t get a call back that day as promised. Found another agent who actually wanted my business and could handle it.. they should be more proactive in calling back clients. Of course I’m sure they will make an excuse but it’s really not excusable.
