We had a great experience purchasing our property with Ashtons and would highly recommend them. Laura was fantastic when showing us around what turned out to be our forever home, she was knowledgeable, welcoming, and gave us the time and space to really take everything in without feeling rushed. Hannah from the sales progression team was equally excellent, always available to help with the admin side and keeping everything on track to get the sale completed. Her support and responsiveness made a real difference in ensuring the process moved forward smoothly. Overall, the team at Ashtons were professional, approachable, and supportive throughout. Nic Simmonds at Ashton’s valued our house and we were impressed with his friendly, professional approach. Unlike other agents, he was both pragmatic and positive, which gave us confidence in both him and the wider team. Initially, Nic got us an offer off-market, as he knew buyers who he felt would love our house. Despite this sale falling through, Ashton’s got us to market within a week and subsequently secured a new sale within 10 days. The Berkhamsted sales team were reliable and lovely to deal with, too, but it was Nic who worked tirelessly with the buyers, agents and solicitors in our chain to secure our exchange. He handled the very painful and long process with an amiable calmness, which helped to ease our misgivings. We’d highly recommend Nic and the Ashtons team to other would-be sellers in the Berko area.

It has been a pleasure and breathe of fresh air dealing with Julie Rogers from Ashtons at Berkhampsted. Julie was patient, honest, efficient, polite and professional. She would always get back to me promptly with any queries and follow up with everything in writing. The journey and experience of our purchase of a property in Ashley Green village has been great with Ashtons….! This is an up date on my review above 4 months ago…. We picked the keys up yesterday afternoon for our new home from Ashtons office. Big thank you to everyone at Ashtons Berkhamsted for helping to make this happen for us. Everyone is professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. We also used the conveyancing solicitor and surveyor recommended by Ashtons and they are all brilliant. The process went very smoothly! I cannot recommend Ashtons Berkhamsted highly enough and especially Abbey. After missing out on what I felt would be my dream home, the property unexpectedly came back on the market through another local Estate Agent. Abbey had been my point of contact from the beginning and knew how much the property meant to me. When it became available again, I was fortunate enough this time around to get a buyer for my house very quickly. Abbey had communicated my commitment to the vendor from the outset and kept me updated throughout.
