GoogleI recently used Ashtons to sell my parents home and could not fault them. Jannette was so kind and considerate from the start and showed empathy to the situation. The ladies I dealt with in the office (two Abbeys) were also so so kind as was Jules the super competent sales coordinator. At a very tricky and emotional time they all made a situation go smoothly and efficiently for all parties. I cannot recommend Ashtons highly enough.

GoogleI was a first time buyer and the staff at Gilmores were very helpful, friendly and explained everything in detail. I rang to arrange a viewing and explained the long shifts I do at work, Tracey fitted in a viewing that afternoon. Tracey and the staff kept me up to date with the process of the sale. I’m one very happy first time buyer. Would highly recommend thank you!

A delightful and knowledgeable young lady organised and attended the viewing and was able to answer all of my queries in a very professional manner. GoogleFrom the valuation visit Ashtons in Berkhamsted were very helpful and efficient. Abbey Holdsworth made the experience easy andstraightforward. Within a week the property was ready for Marketing. A few days later I had an offer that I was able to accept.

GoogleI recently sold a property in Little Gaddesden, which I had previously rented out, through Ashtons, for around 6 years. Throughout that time, I had excellent service from Marnie Wennington in accounts, who helped me on numerous occasions, as well as both Nicola Park, and Julie Rogers, in the Berkhamsted office. You did not get to act for the sale because I sold it privately.
