Bowes Mitchell Estate Agents have been successfully selling and letting properties for more than 25 years’ in and around Heaton (NE6), High Heaton, Benton (NE7), Longbenton, Killingworth and Forest Hall (NE12) as well as surrounding areas of Newcastle upon Tyne and Northumberland. GoogleThankyou to Chloe the mortgage advisor at Norwood the Benton branch Newcastle. My grandson and his partner has purchased a property with Norwood. And found it very difficult getting a mortgage. From numerous places. If it wasn't for Chloe the mortgage advisor from Norwood estate agents Benton who went above and beyond. They would of lost the house they so wanted. Chloe managed to Secure a mortgage within two days. She kept them in the loop at all times of the day. Thankyou Chloe you are an asset to the company. I will definitely be coming to you when my fixed rate mortgage is up for renewal. Also thankyou to claire the valuator that showed us all around the property she was very helpful. A very nice lady. I have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent to Anyone seeking a mortgage. Or buying or selling a property.🏡

GoogleTerrible customer service. Requested to view a publicly listed property over two weeks ago, no contact until we chased it up several days ago. Appointment made to finally view said property today only to be contacted 5 hours before saying the house had been bought. Not the first time we have been completely neglected by this letting agency before we've even looked round a property. If the attentiveness is this poor before even viewing a property I dread to think how they function with actual tenants.
