GoogleI highly recommend Bowes Mitchell Estate Agents at Benton Four Lane Ends. The staff are so friendly and helpful and keep you informed of the selling process. Clare originally sold my Mam’s house and helped me through a very stressful time. More recently Clare has sold my house (Michael taking the photos) and received the asking price within a couple of days. I have now moved out of the North East to be nearer to family but contact will still be made to these two special people. Thank you for your friendly excellent service and wish everyone good luck for the future.

GoogleHI MY HOUSE IN NEWCASTLE WAS SOLD BY CLARE AT BOWES MITCHELL LONGBENTON WHO COULD NOT DO ENOUGH TO HELP IN THE PROCESS SHE EVEN HELPED ME CLEAR OUT MY CUPBOARDS WHAT A DIAMONDE . ALSO I CREDIT LYNN & MICHAEL AS THEY WERE AMAZING AT THE COMMUNICATION ASPECTS IN THE PROCESS . MY HOUSE WAS PURCHASED OVER 23 YEARS AGO VIA BOWES MITCHELL AND SOLD VIA BOWES MITCHELL I CAN CLEARLY RECOMMEND THIS AGENT TO CARRY OUT A THOROUGHLY GOOD JOB . GoogleAfter being quoted over double the price by Pattinson's I didn't know what to expect when I signed with Bowes Mitchell. I shouldnt have worried everybody from Craig in the office to Clair in the field have been fantastic. It only took them 3 days to find a buyer and beat the asking price. Cheap, professional and efficient what more could you ask for?PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
