GoogleAppalling! Constant chasing to get an straight answer, really bad experience with the management of my property! Perfect example of inefficient property management. Lies, damage to the property and condescending attitude among others. Lack of accurate understanding of affairs with the property. E-mail warriors, never pick up the phone and rang. I knew more about my tenants and issues that Bowes Mitchell letting department in Four Lane Ends! I would defo NOT recommend this state agent.

Due to your unfounded claims and behaviour towards staff we have also confirmed would no longer manage your property.

GoogleWe have had a great, professional, customer centric, engagement with Bowes Mitchel in the selling of our house in Longbenton, Newcastle. We had the double challenges of selling a property during the Covid pandemic and in an area 100 miles from where we now live. Clare Massner guided and advised us through the process, going the extra mile on several occasions, well supported by Michael Clark and Claire Wakeling. The team helped us with every step, even getting our electric meter door replaced and having the house cleared. All with a friendly attitude. GoogleBowes Mitchell were the agent I purchased from 3 years ago and it was an easy choice to appoint them to sell the house as my experience as a buyer was very positive. Claire worked hard to secure an offer over and above the asking price. She offered clear advice when it came to selecting a buyer as I had multiple offers to choose from. I cannot fault the service received from Michael who handles the sale from offer to completion. His knowledge of the houses in the area is priceless. I had a very nervous buyer and Michael definitely saved the day on several occasions as he was able to help translate some of the technical jargon in the surveyors report to my buyer. He never made me feel like a nuisance and reduced my stress levels ten-fold! I looked at using one of the online estate agents but am so glad I didn’t now. The support throughout the process was worth every penny and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bowes Mitchell again!PositiveQuality, Value

GoogleUpdate after five years: I've been living in rented houses for more than 20 years and I'm actually happy paying rent to these folks. Problems get fixed (we haven't had many problems), they communicate well, and more or less let us get on with living our lives.

GoogleA fantastic service all round especially from Lynn and Michael. As a first time buyer I was very nervous I would make mistakes. The team was able to help me every step of the way and explained the step by step process. I also asked a lot of questions which they were very happy to answer for me. GoogleThis is the best Estate Agents with whom I have dealt. Happily I chose Bowes Mitchell to find me an excellent rental property last year. Clare and Emma on the rentals team found me a lovely quiet property near to my work. During my stay nothing was too much trouble. After 2 disappointing previous rentals through other estate agents I can honestly say that Bowes Mitchell are the best in the North East. Giving the above Bowes Mitchell also advertised the property I have just bought. Claire, Michael and Lynn on the sales team are extremely honest, professional and very lovely to deal with. They found me my ideal property and despite the difficulties of the seller being in another country they made everything as easy as possible. A truly excellent business run by lovely people. I'm very pleased I walked into their offices in August 2019...they have found me 2 excellent properties. Keep doing what you do...you are fabulous Stephen Anderson

GoogleIf I could give more stars I would. Fantastic service from all, at Bowes Mitchell. Especially from Michael and lynn. They go above and beyond. I can honestly say they were excellent from start to finish. We were always informed of any new information very promptly. All of the team was always happy and cheerful and even though we could be on the phone two to three times. I was always greeted with a happy phone call. I’m now looking for an excuse to call them up just for a quick chit chat. I will be recommending Bowes Mitchell to friends and family as they really do provide a five star service.

GoogleI would like to say a BIG thank you to the team at Bowes Mitchell Estate agents at Benton Four Lane Ends. We put our house on the market this month and We accepted an offer for full asking price five days later. To say we are pleased is an understatement. Let’s hope the rest of the sale goes as quickly and smoothly We sold our last house with Bowes Mitchell 19 years ago for full asking price and sold in less than a week. They are absolute stars. Would definitely recommend this estate agent if you are thinking of selling your property
