GoogleDon't use these to sell your house. I wont be now. Unreliable and do not know how to follow simple instructions. Gemma will cancel appointments last minute thats been booked 2 weeks prior and Isobel doesn't respond to emails.

Always at the end of the telephone or will call me back if not available. Both Emily and Tom are very personable and approachable and I would not hesitate to use this service but especially Emily and Tom again,

GoogleWe have just used Lee Peck to arrange our mortgage and his help and support has been excellent. He explained our options to us clearly so we were able to make an informed decision about which was the best option for us to take. Lee has kept us updated with progress throughout our purchase and answered any queries we had promptly. We were really pleasantly surprised with how much money Lee was able to save on our monthly payments and he even managed to save us paying our early redemption charges, which saved us £4,000!! Will certainly be using Lee in future and recommending him to everyone!

GoogleWithout a doubt, I give 5 stars plus. I’ve worked close with Mr Lee Peck for years now and have had no need to use anyone else. Great guy and personality, whilst also very humble. I’ve only had positive feed back from people I’ve pasted on to Lee. Which has been crazy when they want to treat me, for the work Lee has done lol. I require knowledge, efficiency, solutions, and to be organised. I have all of that, so thank you Lee and thank you for creating successful business for myself and my surroundings, forever appreciated. I use to get real concerned in Lee’s absence, but the team are of great help and knowledge. I’ll be in touch within the next few days, for current work.

Having taken all my details (enough to clone me) I was told a member of staff was on holiday and I would have to take another hour giving my information again. Then that person left I was passed onto a third member. All 3 of them left the company, my concern is that clearly they could take my information. How in the modern world is this possible? Then to be told by the third person they charged for this service. Incredible.

Someone came over to value our house approx two weeks ago. He told us that he'd get back to us with the full report via email asap. My dad has called them several times to ask where this report is, and he's been fobbed off with excuses every time he's called as to why the guy can't come to the phone. Awful company to deal with. Won't be using them again!!!!

DO NOT USE FOR LETTINGS!!!Absolutely rubbish constant changing of staff. No checks done properly, just constant lies about everything. No support whatsoever I was constantly having to chase them, never answered there phone for the two years the fully managed my property which was always left in a state because checks were not done. I still have letters from utility bills coming to me from last year because the agent didn't bother to pass them on. This was fully managed! Could do a better job on my own especially when all they were interested in was raising the fee I paid. Good riddance to them so glad I'm with a better agent.

Avoid the Tamworth branch if you are thinking of selling your house!They tie you in to a six month contract, they then don’t have any motivation to sell your house. They will not release you from the contract early and the only way to stop the company selling your house is to send them a two week notice to take your house off the market! Then have to wait till your six months is up to try sell your house with some one else… Thanks for nothing Burchell Edward’s

Biggest nightmare of a company ! Don’t know where to start! Everything from the lettings to the selling side are horrific ! Would never advise any landlord to let with this company and definitely not get them managed by them ! Never check the property , never chase any arrears ! Make sure you check references of tenants as they actually said they got rid of my terrible tenants by saying they were perfect tenants ! ‘L’ word comes into mind of what they are ! I could write a book on issues I had with them ! Never again ! I d really rate them a 0!

Emily @ Castle Bromwich Branch is excellent. She has helped us rent our property a couple of times now, ensuring quick turn around and good quality applicants.We've also had to rent from them. The service was slick, professional and perfectly managed. Emily updates you constantly, offers help and advise and ensures the process is a smooth as moving house can be.
