All the staff are friendly and keen to help during the sales process. They keep you in the loop during viewings and are just as helpful during the sale agreed period. Happy to recommend their service. They found us a great match in our purchasers and were very clued in to recent sales and market values of properties in the area.

GoogleWe rented a house in East Belfast for the past year and a half via the UPS Ballyhackamore branch and had a very positive experience. All members of staff that we dealt with were very professional and quick in resolving any issues that arose with the property. They were always friendly to deal with and fair in their dealings with us. We were happy to get our full deposit back and had a great landlady who was also proactive in sorting out any issues. Special mention goes to Andy, who was always available to speak on the phone when needed and got matters resolved quickly, as well as Andrea, Lauren and Tim, who went beyond the call of duty to provide a great service and help us out, even once our tenancy had ended. GoogleBased in Dublin. I placed two investment properties for sale with UPS Ballyhackamore Branch in Mid April and had an offer for both within 7days. Staff at the branch were very helpful and liaised on my behalf with the Solicitor throughout the process. All calls were promptly confirmed by email. Closed both sales in 16 weeks.
