Horrible service from the team at this site. Been waiting on our deposit back for over a month now, the landlords/lady’s that they work with our thieving and the company does nothing to help you but to make you try and back down. Our property was a state when we moved in and was unliveable seeing as we had to throw out two mattresses and a divan bed that were soaked with damp and covered in black mold! No ventilation in the apartment and it took 6 months for UPS to get someone out to fix it, and even at that, it was only after we made a formal complaint to the council. Honestly, a horrible experience and the treatment we got from the landlady and the property supervisor Anna was devastating. Attached photographs for proof of mattresses, washing machine, shower leaking etc upon our move in date.

We have had the best service dealing with Wendy W. Throughout our search she actively told us about properties we might be interested in. She even sent us few we might not have spotted ourselves. It turned out we didn't buy a UPS property. Even they can't make everyone sell their houses through them. Today we found our dream home, I don't think it was just coincidence that also today Wendy sent us details for a property on the exact street we have bought on, that's getting to know your clients. I would highly recommend using UPS to sell your house (especially Wendy). The fact that someone is actively selling your house rather than just waiting for someone to spot it is incredibly comforting.

Very pleased that I chose Ulster Property Sales Ballyhackamore to sell the house. Everything that was within UPS' control was done very efficiently from the preparation of the sales brochure / website information, to viewing confirmations, viewing feedback and offers. Most of my contact was with Peter who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, as were the rest of the team. There was a good amount of interest in the house and a number of offers from which we reached sale agreed in just under 2 weeks from going on the market. Very pleased and relieved that the sale has recently completed. Thank you UPS. It is a pity that the buyers' solicitor seemed to be very disorganised.

Our first experience of the UPS Ballyhackamore service and expertise was almost 10 years ago when we were selling parental property. It had been nearly 30 years since we had bought or sold a house and were pretty rusty and out of touch. We had the house valued by a few agents but we felt Peter Tughan was clear, straightforward, honest, helpful and realistic. The house sold well. Little did we realise this was to be the start of an unexpected run of property purchases, sales and rentals that our close family would need to undertake in the next 10 years. UPS Ballyhackamore’s knowledge of all aspects of the property market is second to none. Their communications are absolutely incredible. Without exception all the staff are friendly, ALWAYS helpful and ready to help. What started out as one house sale turned into 3 house sales, 3 purchases, 2 long term rentals and the certainty of excellent advice, suggestions and recommendations over an 8 year period. Every element of their service both front and back office makes your task as customer so much easier and less stressful. Quite an achievement in that sector. Hands down the best estate agents in Belfast by a country mile. We dealt with Chris who valued our house , gave amazing advice and was always on hand to answer any questions. Easily a 5 star review for the efficient and attentive service I received from the UPS Ballyhack team. Josh & Peter were instrumental in the smooth process of buying my first property. Both regularly contacted me for/with updates and were always reachable by phone with any queries I had.
