GooglePeter and all the support staff at UPS Ballyhackamore have been incredible. Someone was always on hand to answer queries whether it be day or night. The whole process was so streamlined and very informative, from selling my home, purchasing a move on and everything in between. Their communication is excellent. A fantastic job by UPS and in particular Peter. Amazing.

Even though we faced some bumps along the way, they helped us through them, championed our cause and helped us get into our new house in line with a tight deadline. GoogleFrom the first contact with UPS Ballyhackamore I felt confident that the sale of my property would be dealt with professionally with care & sensitivity . The whole process was clearly explained & I was updated at every stage of the process through to completion. The staff were amazing, very proactive & considerate around viewings. On the whole they took the stress out of the process. I can't recommend the team highly enough.

GoogleThe staff at Ulster Property Sales (Ballyhackamore) were exceptionally professional from the beginning to the end of the process of selling my parent's house. They efficiently scheduled and hosted viewings and followed up sensitively on any offers made. What I appreciated most was that I was always kept abreast of all appointments for viewings and promptly sent feedback afterwards. Thanks especially to Aimee for going the extra mile.

GoogleWe sold our house with UPS Ballyhack. They were great from start to finish. We initially went sale agreed but fell through after 7 weeks after the buyers circumstances changed. UPS put the same amount of effort if not more into selling it again for the second time. Highly recommend.

GoogleAbsolutely useless. We had an emergency plumbing issue at the home we rent, for which we couldn’t get any response when calling the UPS emergency number. We had no choice but to arrange ourselves for someone to come out to fix it, and we paid for this from our own pocket. We forwarded the invoice to UPS and our landlord for a refund. After WEEKS of chasing UPS for our money back with no success, we arranged directly with our landlord to reduce the amount of one months rent. This was communicated to UPS and they said they would lower the Standing Order amount for us. We didn’t trust them, so we did it ourselves with our bank and it’s a good thing that we did because 2 DAYS after our rent due date they call us to query why the full amount wasn’t paid! Two days. It took over 6 weeks for us to recoup the amount we lost, and yet they called to scold us after only 2 days! There is absolutely NO communication between staff, they are lazy, unreliable and completely useless. We will be lodging a formal complaint and would advise everyone to avoid this estate agents at all costs.
