GoogleThe teams at Ballyhackamore UPS Branch have been nothing short of supportive to me as both a landlord (for many years) and then when the time came, a seller. They held my hand throughout the years that I have been renting my property. I believe it has been a great partnership and UPS and the team have supported all my daft questions and demands and kept me informed with everything and anything related to the property, managing all tenants in a professional and personable manner. From my perspective, managing the property as a rental was seamless and that is down to them. When the time came to sell the team, once again were super supportive of guiding me through the process, keeping me informed, taking the right actions to get the best sell which ended in a better sale price that I was anywhere near expecting! Fabulous job by the team and I am truly grateful to them for getting it over the line the way they did. He provided an honest and straightforward assessment of the property, managed expectations throughout and explained each step of the sale process very clearly. Peter was always available for questions and advice and provided regular updates. Viewings were organised and managed very efficiently and all of the staff in the office were helpful and friendly.
