TrustpilotSuper professional and responsive.
We recently completed our sale and purchase, with the property we bought being sold via Reeds Rains in St Helens. The process was complex and at times stressful, but the professionalism demonstrated by Emily and Jane at the St Helens branch, was a real help in getting our purchase over the line and complete.Diligent, responsive and understanding are all words I would use to describe how Jane and Emily operated throughout our purchase process. Many thanks again for all your help.

TrustpilotReeds Rains Experience
Emily & The Reeds Rains Team have been fantastic from the start, organising viewings to the acceptance of our offer. Constant communication throughout the process & made us feel at ease at every step as it can be scary as first time buyers. Thank you very much!

Very helpful professional team. They kept me informed of how much interest there was in my property. I felt they matched my property well to potential buyers. I also felt I could call in and talk to someone if I had any questions.

TrustpilotGood service from Chester-le-Street branch
Recently bought a house through Reeds Rains Chester-le-Street. Janet and Vicki were helpful and professional throughout and were happy to give solicitors a nudge to help drive the sale through to completion. Very happy with the service I received as a buyer.

GoogleJust sold my house with Reeds Rains Ballyhackamore. I was mainly dealing with Martin as well as Fiona and Pat, who were all extremely helpful & kept me up to date throughout the process. I thought the online portal with booked viewings / offers was really helpful too to be able to see everything at a glance. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

Brilliant service from Dawn at Reeds Rains in Burnley. Dawn sold my house straight away with the first viewing and made the whole process seamless. She chased the solicitors at both sides for me to ensure a quick completion. In addition, to selling my property she also found me a great rented property while waiting for my new house to be built. Dawn has done an amazing job start to finish and I would highly recommend using her in particular and of course Reeds Rains.

GoogleSolid performance. Martin kept us informed and in the loop at all times taking responsibility for all the viewings which made the difficult job of moving after 56 years in the one property so much more easy. Professional, attentive and friendly.

Hello Reeds Rains. Many thanks for all your help in selling my house and buying my new apartment. After a few hiccups it all turned out well particularly with the help from Jenna. You have been a great asset for your branch in Rotherham. Many thanks. Also not forgetting to mention George as well. Thanks again Muriel Wright

TrustpilotAlison is a fireball! - Clarilis & Matthew
We used Reed Rains to buy our first house! Our agent was Alison and she was absolutely fantastic. From the first moment we met her, we got complete transparency and honesty about the property and about the buying process. As first time buyers, I and my husband had no idea how to navigate this journey - however, having Alison by our side, always on the money and always pushing for our best interest, was so pivotal for our experience. We have nothing but love and appreciation for Alison and Reed Rains. Thank you from the bottom of our heart... Clarilis and Matthew Almeida-Holmes ❤️

TrustpilotVery poor
Very poor, don't seem to have any brain power when it comes to how to market a property.Incapable of responding with anything coherent when you raise any queries. You don't need to be William Shakespeare but a general level of being able to construct sentences is not too much to expect.
