TrustpilotShambolic excuse for an agent
Shambolic excuse for an agent. Don’t understand why anyone uses them. Fail to return deposits within legislated time period always excuses staff on holiday or sick. Just speak B/S when called all about keeping money in the bank.
Hi Martin,We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our services. We take customer feedback seriously and strive to provide the best possible service.I have sent a request for more information so that I can look into this matter further. The request will come from Trustpilot.Regards,Reeds Rains

TrustpilotREEDS RAINS MACCLESFIELD BRANCH
In the last six months, I have rented and sold a property through Reeds Rains in Macclesfield and I feel that they are the best agent in the area bar none! They are proactive, highly proficient, friendly and will go the extra mile to provide the best service. Special mention must go to James, Zoe, Jaya and Sue who form the excellent sales team who have gone the extra mile to get the best price possible for my property - giving regular feedback and negotiating offers effectively. I would highly recommend the team to anybody looking to sell or rent property.

TrustpilotReeds Rains - St Helens TEN STARS🌟
Cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish I was completely looked after. Do not listen to other reviews do your research into the agent you use! Do not I repeat DO NOT be fooled with lower fees. You pay for what you get! I've had local agents trying to undervalue my house for tens of thousands of pounds cheaper because they will sell it to their mate or know an investor buying up all the property and wanted me to put it on low to get me a sale. not here. They work for you to get you the best price and offer the best customer service. I was updated regularly, and achieved OVER the asking price. Thank you for all your hard work. Ben ( on behalf of my mum and dad )

I was dealing with Northwich Branch but never again when people say don't trust estate agents they are right the staff at this branch are two faced they tell you yes we do this and the minute your out of the door they have stabbed you in the back.I do not recommend this branch and it's staff at all.
Hi Shah - are you able to give me any more information so I can raise with the branch? Thanks

GoogleVery satisfied with the service provided by Reeds Rains. My house was promoted well to attract viewers and eventually a buyer. During the sale process I was supported and fully kept informed by the staff of Reeds Rains. They provided an excellent line of communication between the buyer and myself which minimised the stress during what can be a very stressful time. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains.

TrustpilotWe had one or two earlier issues trying…
We had one or two earlier issues trying to get the fuse cupboard in our house fixed, but I don't think Reeds Rains can really be blamed for those - the lettings team by and large were easy to reach and did make an effort to reach out to us to check our issues were resolved. Unfortunately, it did take a fair few calls to finally get the cupboard fixed, as there seemed to be a lapse in communication somewhere between ourselves, Reeds Rains and the individual they were asking to come and carry out the repairs.Overall, good service, helpful staff, just requiring an occasional chase-up

TrustpilotReeds Rains Cleckheaton
We have just used Reeds Rains Cleckheaton for the sale of our property as they were the agents for the home we are buying. We were very impressed with the service we have been given and nothing has been too much trouble for Jess and Jon Jo when dealing with any queries and arranging extra visits for measuring up etc. which you would struggle to find with other (so called) sell your home online for free companies. I could not recommend them highly enough.
