GoogleReally happy with Melisa's service. She always responds to emails quickly and got a repair issue with our shower sorted within a day. She's also friendly and lovely to deal with in person. Even when there are delays with anything, or we have any queries, she keeps us in the loop with any updates. We had great experiences with Leah and Bethan previously and now we're glad to have Melisa as our property manager too.

GoogleI have been letting properties in Belfast for many years and I have used a letting agent with whom I have now severed all ties. Since I have used Quicklet I have never had such peace of mind in letting my properties. Quicklet is professional, transparent and the integrity displayed fills me with confidence. The staff are a pleasure to work with. My only regret is that I didn't use this company from the beginning.

GoogleI’ve been a tenant with Quicklet for a year now and throughout tenancy any quieries or issues have always been sorted carefully and precisely with Tom Corrigan. He’s Always been very understanding and quick to respond to emails and calls, very grateful to him. Recently had a viewing for a new property with Quicklet and Amy took care of us. She was very friendly and had a bubbly personality which made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout both viewings she took for us.

The agent was not only patient but also arrived on time, which made the whole process so smooth and efficient. Although I can't recall the agent's name, I want to thank them and their colleague for such fast and reliable service. Highly recommend this agency!
