Great to have Barbara from pinpoint looking after our building

After having several different Managment companies over the years offering the same faceless service I'm glad we have found pinpoint and Barbara. The changing process was painless and issues have already been highlighted and in the process of repairs which is keeping our building compliant. Regular site visits and a very knowledgeable block manager Barbara have been wonderful to work with and would definitely recommend for anyone having issues with current provider.

Having recently dealt with pinpoint I must emphasise how professional and amiable the agent was. Leuan Gilbert was superb from first view and through out purchase. Having viewed multiple properties and dealing with various selling agents he stood apart. I wish him and pinpoint evert success.

Regarding sales- I was asked "May you please submit your best and final offer" I was aware I was the highest bidder, I continued with that bid. But came to know someone have given a higher offer. Why this secrecy, why cant we keep it open and follow normal bidding process which everyone is following. I liked the property felt bad to see it go away

It’s been a joy working with Barbara since she took over the management of Nugent Hall several months ago. She has been professional, conscientious and attentive in all her dealings with us, and it is very comforting to know that she will follow up on any queries and concerns we might have in a timely manner. We’re delighted she’s on board.

Cavehill road branch..utterly appalling service. We were repeatedly given misinformation about management fees on a property we were purchasing. When we finally discovered the truth from solicitor, we approached the manager of the branch and he reacted in such an unprofessional manner that we were left aghast! Also practically impossible to get anyone to ever return a call despite leaving countless messages…thankfully we weren’t selling through this agent but I would never recommend them to anyone! Shocking service!!!

A credit to Pinpoint

I had only been in contact with Barbara by email and telephone and found her to be courteous but it wasn’t until she kindly Chaired the Annual General Meeting of Sans Souci Apartments Limited that we were able to witness her competence and efficiency. Accounts and queries were readily explained and decisions arrived at to the satisfaction of those present.

Dream House Purchased

Dream House PurchasedI returned from working in the US and set about finding my dream house! After many viewings and heart break along the way I came across Graeme at the Cavehill branch who showed me my now dream house. It was far from an easy journey but what I can say is that Graeme genuinely represented me fairly and accurately with the sellers (the told me that he had pushed me forward as the best buyer) after many months and lost bids the house came back on the market and because of Graeme’s connections with the owners he was able to get me back in and at the top of the list! Genuinely I would not have my dream home had it not been for Graeme working so hard to get it for me! Thank you team Pinpoint!

From our 1st chat with the guys in pinpoint, we knew we had made the right decision to put the sale of our home in their hands, we were dealing mostly with alan shields and Graeme although all the guys are fantastic and nothing was ever a problem to them, we have been kept very well informed and they have advised us correctly throughout the process. We had the absolute pleasure of both selling our home and purchasing our new home with them. I would highly recommend the guys at pinpoint properties if you are thinking of buying or selling your home, alan and graeme are very down to earth and will make it a stress free process! Many thanks to all at pinpoint for everything!
