Graham, Alan and Alan delivered a fantastic service from valuation through to sale and continue to support me as we complete on a sale and purchase I am going through with them. They are highly informed on the local market, easy to get into contact with, and I have never needed to chase them for information/updates. Thank you to the team for such a great service!!

GoogleAwful survive! Have dealt with them on two separate occasions when trying to bid on a house and they have very little information about the property and contact is non existent. Constantly chasing for an update. Very obviously inexperienced staff.

This company's policy on rental deposits is offensive & borderline discriminatory. Pinpoint request double deposits if a guarantor earns below a certain amount. They do not accept landlord references, multiple guarantors or track records proving affordability when making this decision. In essence, this company contributes to the poverty trap by forcing potential tenants to be linked to the income of their closest living relative (usual guarantor) rather than based on their own merit and ability to provide. Especially offensive when being informed by a glorified sales assistant in the most smug tone. I would recommend UPS to assist with renting and purchasing property instead.

Graeme Farquhar, efficient, professional and trustworthy combined with a wonderful sense of humour. Based in Pinpoint Cavehill Road office we have received nothing but a first class service from this gentleman and would definitely recommend him to take the stress out of buying or selling property.Our positive experience has turned into a great friendship!

GoogleHorrible service. The staff is incredibly rude and doesn’t have respect for their clients. I spent 3 weeks dealing with them and then used another company and 3 days later they found me a beautiful perfect apartment. PinPoint is LAZY!
We are aware from previous recent reviews that both you and Tadela are not happy with the service and have responded in full on one of the other reviews.

GoogleExpect to be messed around and ignored if propertys are listed by this estate agents. Kept getting told someone will call you back by end of day for a week and a half straight to find out the place was gone by searching on property pal.

The agent was late to begin with,when he did arrive he was rude, insulting and very confrontational I have never met "a professional" person with such bad manners !
