Aaron and Lucy were both phenomenal and couldn't have done enough to help market and sell my apartment. I was kept up to date with online viewing figures and the property's viewings and viewers, with the option to be there during the viewings or to let them do their thing. They helped get the best possible price and were available until the sale was completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for property sales.

We recently had to contact Pinpoint Property Ltd regarding an issue in our apartment building.Barbara McCone responded promptly. Her expertise was clear from the start, and she managed the situation with professionalism and efficiency. Barbara took the initiative to contact the other owners on our behalf, as their input was necessary, and she made sure we were connected with all the services we needed. Her proactive approach and ability to address the matter swiftly were exactly what we needed to put our minds at ease.Our previous interactions with Barbara had been over email and phone, where we found her courteous and responsive. However, it was during the **Annual General Meeting**, which she kindly chaired, that we truly saw her capabilities. She explained the accounts clearly, addressed all concerns, and facilitated decisions in a way that satisfied all in attendance. Her competence and efficiency were evident throughout the meeting.Barbara is an excellent apartment block manager. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and always handles matters in a timely and professional manner. When issues arise, she is quick to act and incredibly helpful. Her commitment to her role gives us confidence that our building is in good hands.Since Pinpoint Property took over the management of our apartment block, we have noticed a significant improvement. The transition was smooth, and Barbara has already identified and started addressing issues that previous management overlooked. Regular site visits and Barbara’s attentive management have ensured that our building remains compliant and well-maintained. We have had a fantastic experience with Barbara and Pinpoint Property. GoogleWe had a bad experience with Morton Pinpoint. We lived in a house let from them for two and a half years, all the while trying to maintain good communication with them, letting them know about the damp problems with the house. When moving out we rented a gardener and cleaner to help us get the house into a really good condition, to ensure we got our deposit back. A MP agent came round and saw the house and said we should get our deposit back. But when the owner came back and saw the damp he said we must have been drying clothes in the room, and the MP agent backed him up, saying this was the only way this kind of damp could be caused. So not only did I live in a damp room for two years, and have nothing done to improve it, which is bad for your health, I then had to pay for the room to be repainted (£250), because apparently I had caused the damage. They told me I was lying to my face. It left us feeling really shafted. MP were at fault because they didn't communicate with the landlord that there was a problem, and didn't do anything to solve it, though we asked them to, but they shifted the blame onto us, and the landlord fell for it. Raging. All the estate agents are as bad as each other though. My advice: Take pictures of all damage when you arrive, everything, even dirt on the floor. Do all communication by email and get a lawyer's help (check out legal aid) if they try to keep your deposit. People let them away with it, as we did, so they keep doing it.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling estate agents. Put a bid in for a property with them Recently. Received no correspondence from them. I rang back to be told the offer increased above mine. I counter offered higher again. And again never received any correspondence from them. Rang them again to be told the property sale agreed at a slightly higher offer than my 2nd one. Shocked to say the least that they never even contacted me to give me a chance to increase my offer. The agent Alan is adamant he tried to call me 5 times but I've no missed calls no voice mail or no emails stating they received a higher offer. In a world where I live when you ring someone they receive a missed call but to say he rang 5 times and i didnt receive any missed calls then i dont know someone is spoofing. I also asked if he rang and i didnt answer why no voice mail or email stating they received a higher offer to be told i don't do things by email. I then offered higher again and they said no it sale agreed yesterday. If I was selling a property I'd steer well clear of these folks seems they don't want the best price for there prospective sellers

GoogleI purchased a property through Pinpoint North Belfast thanks to their agent Alan Shields. Alan was extremely friendly and professional from the 1st viewing to finally me getting the keys. We had a few hurdles and issues on my side when the client buying my property pulled out a few days before the signing date which meant I no longer had the funds to buy. Alan and Pin point helped me through this hurdle and a few months later my house was sold and I’m now in the property I wished to buy thanks to Pinpoint. Buying and selling a property can be extremely stressful but thanks to Alan Shields and pin point this was made much easier for myself. Thanks again Alan 5 Stars ⭐️

Absolutely appalling estate agents. Viewed a property sent my mortgage in principle and proof of deposit. Submitted a bid for the property never received any further correspondence from them. I had to ring them for updates to be told the offer had increased above mine which I then counter offered with a higher offer. Again waited to hear from them never received any further correspondence. Phoned again to be told the house sale agreed at a slightly higher offer than my 2nd offer. They Never contacted me to offer me a chance to offer again left in limbo with them. I offered higher again than the sale agreed price to be told no by the agent. Alan is adamant he rang me 5 times but I never received any missed calls no voice mail or no email to offer me the chance to counter offer. He also hung up the phone and wouldnt speak to me. So I'd be very very wary of selling my property with this agent I know I will not deal with them again.

From putting the property up for sale, Alan kept me updated every single step of the way. And if he said he would get back to me with certain details, he always did. Nothing was ever too much. Even when the sale of the house went through Alan continued to keep me up to date on the progress and at what stage things were at. He put my mind at ease throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend. Graeme F (Cavehill Branch) came out to provide myself and my partner a valuation. We opted to get a few valuations from estate agents, however felt that Graeme was invested in helping us achieve the asking price we thought was justifiable for our property. He subsequently came back to picture the property and we knew Pinpoint was the best choice for us as he had us at ease, showed us the photos he was taking, recommended items to remove / keep in for photos and generally overall made us feel at ease. The photographs were to an exceptional quality, which helped sell our home in just 3 weeks. He advised us of the process of putting the property up for sale , when it would go live online, when for sale sign etc would go up. Thanks again Graeme for a straightforward sale.

Recently done a deal with Alan Shields. Alan is a top professional in his field. Personable and knowledgeable, Alan perfectly strikes that gentle balance between salesmanship and the hard sell. Unlike a lot of agents in NI Alan really knew his stuff about the property, was honest, straightforward and zero faff. He gave me and my wife two great tours of the property, each time guiding us around the property without constantly hovering over us. Exemplary agent and an absolute gentleman into the bargain.
