GoogleMichael Chandler Estate Agents have been managing my property in South Belfast for the past five years. They have been absolutely brilliant at looking after the property and sorting any problems. They have also been great at finding and dealings with tenants. I really cannot recommend them highly enough and special thanks to Jonathan Moore who deals with my affairs.

GoogleBen and Gareth have been fantastic from the get-go. The valuation/listing (with video walkthrough) was excellent, and viewings professionally and courteously managed. Both helped us get over the line with an unexpectedly tricky sale in the final days. We are very grateful!

GoogleMichael Chandler were very professional and friendly throughout my selling/buying process. No question was too small, and always answered in a prompt manor. I had a difficult issue on the day of my move, this was eventually resolved (and not MC's fault) however Camy was very helpful in getting this issue resolved.

GoogleGareth was dealing with the sale of a property we bought at the beginning of the year. Always willing to help in any way possible, he even dropped the keys of our new property off to us due to the fact it was after 3pm, which was a big stress reliever.

GoogleI recently sold my property in Rosetta and was delighted with the service provided by the Michael Chandler team. Having previously purchased the house from them, I knew they had intimate knowledge of the locale and was confident to appoint them. They certainly didn’t disappoint and I would call out Gareth specifically for his fantastic support and coaching through a sale that had a couple of twists and turns. I would highly recommend using them if buying or selling a property. Thanks to all the team for a great effort.
