What a delight to work with the guys at Michael Chandler Estate Agents. From the moment we decided to sell our house the level of service was out of this world. From valuation through to sale everything was so smooth - in fact we couldn't believe the house got so many views in such a short time getting an offer pretty much straight away. We felt the whole team offered very valuable advice throughout, kept us updated with every little bit of detail to get the job done. If you are looking for an estate agent in Northern Ireland do not go past Michael Chandler. GoogleWould highly recommend the rental staff at Michael Chandler estate agents to look after any property you are thinking of renting out.Both Paul and Jonathan have great skills and are very professional at selecting and dealing with tenants.I have several rental properties and have been using this agency for quite a long time and have received first class attention and service throughout the whole rental process.Paul and Jonathan are always very personable always keen and helpful to answer any questions I may have had.Would highly recommend Michael Chandler estate agents if looking for a property to buy or rent

GoogleHaving experienced both buying and selling a property with Michael Chandler, I can firmly say they are now my first choice for property matters! When recently selling a property, the team could not have been more helpful and professional - from valuation, to marketing and photography (which is second to none), house viewings, a quick sale and all the support necessary during a tricky selling process. It was great to know that, at such a stressful time, I had such a supportive and diligent group of people working hard for me. Thoroughly recommended.

From the initial meeting to the online portal and the fantastic communication and professionalism all the way throughout the process. We would not hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleRent increases are 12% minimum. You can’t drop emails about issues but are forced to use a portal. Even with all their fancy systems, they don’t do a good job comparing entry and exit inventories trying to put blame for existing issues on you and rip you off.

Their communication is excellent and it's always easy to reach the person you need to speak to. They are friendly and you'll be treated as a valued customer rather than just a number. GoogleExtremely unimpressed with the operations of Michael Chandler and their estate agent Gareth , don't have the decency to keep you in the loop with their properties for sale, they'd rather you waste your annual leave, time and petrol to find out. Wouldn't recommend whatsoever !

GoogleVery pleased with the rental service from Michael Chandler (dealing with Paul and Jonathan). They found us good tenants very quickly, and have handled all the administration and any issues and repairs efficiently and effectively, for example I was pleased that when there was a fault with a kitchen appliance, they got it repaired rather than just automatically going for replacement.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
