GoogleSuper family run business. Gareth, Chris and Stewart were excellent. Buying and selling a home is a very stressful time but they helped to de-stress with their professionalism. I would definitely recommend Michael Chandler.

GoogleI recently sold a property with Michael Chandler Estate Agents. I had a 5 star experience from start to finish. They were very quick to view the property, recommend tweaks prior to the photos and produced a fantastic brochure. The viewings happened swiftly and the property was agreed within a couple of weeks. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks to Michael and all the team for their hard work and professionalism throughout the selling process.

GoogleApplied to rent a property with Michael Chandler and after acknowledging my application I never heard from them ever again. There was not even a quick email to say I didn't get the property, just no response at all. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

GoogleGreat service from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Michael Chandler Estate Agents if you want a stress free house sale or purchase. Clare was on top of the house sale from the beginning, nothing was too much trouble and the service continued until the house was completed and the keys handed over

GoogleI've had Chandler Estate Agents managing my rental property for 2 years now. Very professional service from obtaining valuations, photos and advertising to showing the property, vetting tenants and dealing with repairs. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleIn my experience the Michael Chandler Agency provides a fast, efficient and professional service. I normally deal with Jonathan Moore concerning lettings and I can say he is very thorough with photos, paperwork and viewings etc. He is also very responsive to my communications and that is reassuring. Furthermore, I am always very impressed by his ability to obtain high-quality and well qualified tenants very quickly indeed! Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending this Agency and Jonathan Moore in particular.

GoogleThe team at Michael Chandler were fantastic with the recent selling of our property and purchasing our new property. The knowledge of our house during the evaluation and the price was spot on and we were more than happy with it and what it achieved. Camy and Stuart in particular were brilliant throughout the whole process, we had a few particularly difficult and stressful situations during the process off which they helped us fix, provided advice and reassured us the whole way through. Both guys kept us updated throughout the process and were always just a phone call away and never too busy to take that call!(and we phoned them alot!!) They were professional and friendly and we would have no hesitation using them again and recommending them to family and friends. Thank you again! :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe lived in a privately rented property managed by Michael Chandler Estate Agents for the last four years. The services provided by the estate agents were amazing and any issues raised via their services platform were dealt in a timely manner by professional contractors. All these years, we had a great collaboration with our assigned agent Jonathan, providing us enough notice for any requests from their side and they fully respected our privacy as tenants. Both ourselves and the owners were absolutely pleased by the amount of professionalism that the cases were dealt with, in any emergency or any requests we had. As such, I would highly recommend this estate agency to any future tenants or vendors.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We are disappointed to see this unfair review Alison after completing 5 very difficult and complex property sales for you, considering the circumstances. We wish you all the best with your next chapter.

GoogleSo happy I went with Michael Chandler for the sale of my house. they really go above & beyond to provide a great & professional service. they have a great team & communication was excellent throughout. Neil & Chris have been an absolute pleasure to deal with! I also liked the handy feedback system from viewers which I could check online (I have never seen other agencies use this before). I also think having the option of adding a video to my listing was very helpful in marketing the property. their photographer team was also amazing, very professional & friendly couple that did the photos, video & floor plan very quickly & efficiently. Some people might be put off by the registration fee, but it's worth every penny. I had previously used a coupe of different agents & kicking myself I didnt go with Michael Chandler from the get go. I would 100% recommend! Did a brilliant job! Thanks guys!

GoogleJust recently had MC handle the rental of my property, they also handled the purchase of the property. I can honestly say they are fantastic people to deal with, nothing but nothing is a problem. I find them so professional in their approach, it’s an absolute pleasure to have them manage the property. I give the highest recommendation to anyone seeking the service of an Estate Agent. 👍
