GoogleUsing the fully managed service for my house in Belfast and it's been super efficient! I was abroad at the time of first contacting and the agency made everything simple regardless, including viewings and finding a tenant super quickly. I barely hear about any of the day-to-day of renting now, which suits me perfectly. They proactively reach out when needed. Very happy with the service and would recommend!

GoogleI had a terrible experience purchasing my house through Michael Chandler Estate Agents. Years have passed and honestly it still frustrates me when I think about it. What should have been an enjoyable experience buying my first home was far from it.

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Belfast and thought we would use Michael Chandler given their visible location on Ormeau Road and the likely web traffic/footfall we might expect. As we now live outside NI, this all had the potential to be difficult to organise and might have more than a few bumps in the road. We needn't have worried - from the first meeting with Neil through all our dealings with Gareth and the team, we have been blown away by the helpfulness, proactivity and fantastic communication. Nothing was too much trouble, they obviously know what they are doing, and I have to say they far exceeded our expectations of what service we might expect from an Estate Agent. Most importantly, they did what they said they would - they sold our house quickly, professionally and we are delighted with our experience. GoogleI couldn’t recommend Michael Chandler & team more! We were selling our house and from the first initial valuation right through to the end of the process was so seamless and enjoyable. Chris & Ann were spectacular in all aspects of their jobs as well as bloody good fun! I felt incredibly confident in Ann’s ability to show of our home in the best light and Christ kept me informed at every step. The day never ended without a response to an email or telephone call. Their rates are also incredibly reasonable but honestly who even cares when you receive such a fantastic level of service from every me member of the team. There is simply no other estate agents that compare in NI. They were always available to answer the stupidest of questions and offered loads of advice on the purchase of our new home. Seriously, don’t go anywhere else ever.

From initial contact to the ongoing process involved in buying a property , it was all made very easy to follow and my first contact Gareth was always there to answer my questions either in person or by email. Their mortgage broker also arranged a competitive mortgage for me. Joel who was responsible for this side of the process was also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Michael Chandler Estate Agents to anyone looking for a smooth uncomplicated property purchase. I was very happy with my purchase.

Having went through a bad sale of our house in England, we were very apprehensive about the process however the purchase could not have went any smoother. Chris helped push our purchase through quickly, he kept us informed through every stage, he was extremely approachable and always there at the end of the phone, at anytime. GoogleSo far, so good. We had a few issues at the start of our tenancy, but they were resolved. They are a hands-off estate agent, which helped a lot with settling into the house. Could do with less inspections though, maybe twice a year, rather than 4 times a year. I would recommend Michael Chandler.

GoogleI wish I had read the reviews before committing to a tenancy with Michael Chandler. They go above and beyond to sign you up - and once you're in the property, your emails (specifically to Alan) are completely ignored! I have reported an unsafe issue 4 times in 6months. They direct you to a portal that doesn't work and send out cowboy contractors. If only they cared as much about their brand reputation as they present on social media! I cannot wait to be shot of this tenancy agreement. And let me tell you, it's by no means a cheap rental! Thank goodness I have a million sent emails to evidence the lack of basic customer service and resolution - I'm fully prepared to engage the ombudsman if they dare to try and withhold my deposit after this experience!

GoogleI recently purchased a house through Michael Chandler Estate Agents. It is no easy task buying a property, especially when you live in Australia and buying a house in your hometown of Belfast. They are a very professional company with excellent customer service. I have dealt with Gareth Owens during the entire buying process. He is patient, attentive, professional and extremely personable. He made everything happen without any dramas or hiccups. He then introduced me to his colleague Jonathan Moore who is the Property Rentals Manager. The completion of Sale happened on 8/1/21 and he had fully referenced tenants in the property on 13/1/21 with a 12 month lease. Considering I have never personally met these guys and all communication has been by email and phone from Australia. I am very impressed by their work. Jonathan will continue to manage my property for the next couple of years until i move back to Belfast. I would highly recommend this company. Always friendly and professional and kept me informed through every stage of the sale/rental. Special thanks to Clare on the sales team. She really was wonderful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, from scheduling viewings, valuations, arranging finance and just general, honest advice. Thank you Clare. Thanks to Jonathan also. Found great, respectful tenants for my apartment. Jonathan did all the ground work, credit checks, references, liasing with myself and tenants to ensure a smooth handover. Was so pleased how it all went. Will definitely use their services again.
