Stuart went above and beyond for our house sale and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. We couldn’t have gotten everything over the line without him. All the knowledge about the area really helped! Thank you!!

We rented through Michael Chandler and were in the property for 7 years. Lauren was always very friendly, brilliant at communicating with us and sorted any problems very efficiently! She was always very helpful and nothing was ever a bother to her. Would recommend renting with Michael Chandler Estate Agents! Thanks Lauren! :)

Andrew is a great advert for Michael Chandler- he acted in a friendly, efficient and professional way at all times. He made the process as easy as possible to the point where keys were picked up.

I had a terrible experience with this agency. They withheld our deposit stating we could potentially be charged more, despite the issues they highlighted being consistent with those noted on the initial inventory sheet. Alan was slow to reply to emails, requiring constant follow-ups. Furthermore, issues raised at the start of the tenancy were never addressed. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism and care caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Would not recommend.

I'm a tenant in a property they manage. I had an issue with a broken appliance a few days before Christmas - it would have been a real pain to be without it while everyone was off work, but Lauren with MCEA was very helpful in chasing up the maintenance people, and got it fixed for me, saving me from a great deal of bother. Thanks Lauren :)

From the start, Lauren M. has gone above and behind with our renting experience. She understood our needs and concerns and got us into the perfect home. We just finished our first property inspection and could not be happier with how considerate and friendly Lauren is. Highly recommend Michael Chandler Estate Agents!

I recently completed the sale of my family home with Michael Chandler Estate Agents. My appointed agent was Grace, who has been incredible throughout this entire process . From our initial meeting, her integrity, knowledge professionalism and compassion was an unwavering support throughout every step. She worked so hard to get the sale across the line, never once allowing any complications to waver her belief that my house would sell. I was kept completely up to date at every stage and there was never an occasion that any of my queries weren’t responded to satisfactorily. If in the future I move home again, I’ll return to Chandlers and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else who is on the move. 5 star service from start to finish

Excellent service from Michael Chandler Estate Agents. Chris and Stuart were both extremely professional and understanding, and made the process a lot smoother than expected. They took care of everything, from viewings to arranging access for valuations etc, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others!

Although as a buyer, Michael Chandler were representing the seller and not me, I found Andrew to be very fair, prompt and professional. I would have no hesitation recommending them to any buyer or seller.

Anne was helpful and answered all my questions regarding the property when I was out viewing the property. Everything was organised for me to see the property in good time and they have been in touch both before and after the viewing. Very professional.

Definitely the best estate agents I have experienced in Belfast so far. The staff are incredibly helpful and are continually ensuring that my landlord upholds the responsibilities listed in our tenancy agreement. Can’t thank Daniel C and Ron enough for their great service!

I would really highly recommend Michael Chandler estate agents. We sold our house with them recently, and also used them to secure a rental as a stop gap while we search for our next home. The team in both the sales and rental department are friendly, professional, very efficient, and went above and beyond to provide a 1st class service. The marketing material they produced (especially the video) for the sale of our house was some of the best marketing I’ve seen out there (and I’ve seen a lot over the last 6 months while searching for a new home). Stuart was amazing throughout the whole process. Unfortunately there were some delays with the sale due to the chain, but he was always on top of things, keeping the momentum going. I was also very impressed with Grace, Ann and Lauren in the rental department. They were very knowledgeable about any of the properties I saw, and sounded like they had great relationships with all the landlords. Lauren got a deal done on the property we ended up going with in a matter of hours. Great team of people to work with, which is invaluable during such a stressful process!

I have been using Michael Chandler Estate Agents for several years, for both the rental and management of my properties and I can honestly say that the rental team are brilliant. Lauren, Daniel and Grace are worth their weight in gold. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The marketing photos always highlight the properties in their best possible light - whilst still maintaining an accurate representation. There is regular communication between the agents and myself throughout the course of each tenancy. Their extensive knowledge of the local rental markets mean that each time a property is relisted it is always re-let in a swift and timely manner. Both the check-in and exit inspections are always photographed thoroughly and the reports highlighting the condition of each room are always very detailed. I could not ask for a better rental team to look after my properties. 5*.

Buying our first home was a very daunting experience. Chris has been amazing throughout the entire process. We had a really horrible solicitor who turned this into a massive ordeal but Chris was incredibly supportive every time we hit rock bottom. I have no intentions of ever buying another house again (I am still processing the stress of moving into the last one) but if I had to, I would hope to have Chris as my estate agent again. I cannot recommend him highly enough. 10/10

I was not the easiest client but Chris was very patient with an old fellow who kept getting ill and going into hospital. I am settled in and well pleased, but where did all these boxes come from!
