The best mortgage experience I have had yet, even through this pandemic ! Propertypal mortgages kept in touch constantly every step of the way, my case wasn't straight forward but Damien got things sorted and even when I had to find another house and restart the process he was on it !!! Excellent choice for FTB. Could not be happier, nothing was a problem, if we had a question we always got an nice answer. Shea and Nicole and the rest of the team are amazing. Big respect because of the fact, that when we asked for a mortgage and they sorted it out, they (on their own initiative) contacted us and told us that there will be better rates coming if we want to get those instead (no costs, nothing, literally just submit the whole thing under better rates) we did not have to do anything extra they sorted all on their end. We do HIGHLY recommend these guys, and I already did to my colleagues and friends who are also looking to buy a house. Nothing was left unanswered or vague or left us wondering "what if". Absolutely bloody brilliant! Thank you again!

Was little sceptical at the start with the first person dealing with our application, long delays in replies to emails etc, but after Shea took over everything was beyond my expectations his level of professionalism is second to none, was constantly on the ball with updates etc and everything couldn’t have happened any smoother, first application took 3 months and 1 week to be let down, Shea took over and within 2 weeks we have are application done and approved 👏🏻👏🏻
