Just finished my 12 month lease with F5 property and have to say I'm EXTREMELY delighted with the service and professionalism that has been shown to me. Tenacy was applied for and signed online?!? NO TRIPS TO BELFAST OR TRYING TO FIND PARKING! Uploaded my ID and my details all online and signed for my agreement digitally! Picked the property up and was greeted by Christine who was extremely friendly and helpful... (She even arrived earlier to sign for our virgin internet parcel) which I thought was very thoughtful!. The place was very clean and Christine was very knowledgable in giving advice on what type of cleaners we should use and what we should avoid! Brian was more back office role and sorted all the administration and forms out and had organised the repairs and everything else out... I literally had nothing to do as this was all organised and prepared for me! F5 were only ever an email away... our shower had broke and leaked everywhere... i reported this ONLINE whilst in work and the shower was fixed and repaired for me arriving home! The online maintenance repairing is amazing and convenient. The best way to describe F5 is "the professionalism and organisation of a large established business and the feel and personalisation of a family one" Wish I could give you constructive criticism but I literally can't think of anything.... Good luck in the future Brian and Christine!

Highly recommended

My husband and I were so lucky to rent with F5 property. I was new to Belfast when we came to live in the house and I was a bit worried on how to take care of the house and what to do when something goes wrong. Thankfully, Christine was always there and is always ready to help and make sure we are completely satisfied and enjoying our stay. We are also very grateful for the urgency F5 property deals with when it comes house maintenance. They would never leave you hanging or suffering from any problems no matter how small or big the issue is. Great respect for that. On so many occasions too Christine would offer me advice on how to take care of things around the house and what sort of detergents to use and so on which were really found helpful and I really appreicated that. In a way she added a personal touch that made us so much more comfortable staying with their agency. I also respect that she also had our best interest at heart and always gave us the best the advice when we were moving out on where to find a suitable house. Finally F5 property is not one of those agencies that would take your deposit for no good reason which I used to hear about from my friends. They are trustworthy. If you are lucky to rent from them, you are in good hands. :) I couldn't recommend any other agency like f5 property. Yomna

Intralet are efficient, professional and reliable.

I rented a property through Intralet in 2014 and 2015. From the outset, everything was handled extremely efficiently. Brian sent me very clear instructions via email and text, and the whole process of registering on the Intralet website, signing the contract, and setting up my direct debit was a breeze. Any time an issue arose I was able to log it on the Intralet website in the maintenance section. Or, if it was an emergency, my call was always answered promptly and handled with professionalism and politeness, with all the relevant information given or action taken. I didn't have past experience of dealing with letting agents, only private landlords. I can safely say that if I ever rent a property in Belfast again it will be through Intralet. I never met John, but Brian, Christine and Kieran were all terrific, and I would be delighted to recommend Intralet to anyone.

F5 Letting Agents-The A Team!

Brian and Christine have been managing the let of my property for a number of years. During that time I have found them to be consummate property management professionals able to convey the focused personal approach whilst also implementing a cutting edge management service. I particularly like the detailed and frequent management reports they produce as I'm frequently travelling and I find these reports provide me a succinct and holistic view of my property. I haven't yet had a letting void and whilst that is directly related to the property it's also in no short measure a result of Intralets excellent marketing approach and undoubtably also attributable to the equally excellent service they deliver to the tenants on their books. A very difficult balance to achieve but one they do which benefits both sides in the letting equation. I've been a landlord since 1993 and owned rental properties throughout the uk and further afield and to date Intralet has been the best agents I've used and that's no mean feat! Well done!

F5/Intralet provide an excellent, courteous service which is very efficient and accommodating. I would certainly recommend Intralet to any potential tenants seeking rental properties in Belfast. I've been with this letting agent for a year and a half now and they've continuously been really helpful from day one. For example, they converted my heating system in the apartment from Economy-7 to Gas, which I was most grateful for, and was a fantastic job too. I normally deal with Christine Flanagan from Intralet, who is a really lovely lady; very professional and always on-the-ball with anything relating to the property I rent. What I also really like about Intralet is that they are a family-run business, and you can be assured that any jobs needing done are always responded to quickly, and efficiently carried out by their maintenance staff. Certainly the best Letting Agent/landlords I have ever come across in all my years of renting properties... Definitely 5 Stars!

F5 Property have been managing the rental of my property for almost 3 years now and the service has been exceptional. Prior to F5 Property I had really bad experiences with tenants and thousands of pounds worth of damage. I was very apprehensive renting it out again but F5 Property were recommended to me by a close friend and they assured me candidates would be thoroughly vetted. The tenant I now have looks after the place as if it was his own and he has happily renewed each year. F5 Property have a team of people on hand for maintenance and repair so I’m reassured whatever happens they are there to sort it out on my behalf. They not only know how to keep landlords happy, but they know how to keep tenants happy as well so it is win win for everyone.

F5 acted as my rental property letting and management agents for a period of over 10 years, while I was living and working overseas. The service this company provided was excellent. The house was occupied the entire time I was away. Repair and maintenance matters were dealt with quickly and at reasonable cost. I was sent detailed statements at the end of every month without fail and payment was always on time. Recently, I asked F5 to provide me with a number of high quality A2 size photo prints of my property and I am delighted with the results.
