Dee, was very helpful and responsible in helping us to sort out matters raise during the transaction. She has been actively following up with the seller’s solicitor as well as my solicitor throughout the process. A few of her colleagues, including Natalie, also helped us promptly if Dee was happened to be busy. Dee is professional and responsible. My friend and I had a great experience of renting our first home through Bairstow Eves, Beeston. We had the pleasure of working primarily with Mellissa Carrington, who was prompt, efficient, and respectful of our needs to move in quickly. For instance, Mellissa went above and beyond to allow us to view the property within 24hrs of it being listed on the market. An issue cropped up throughout the preparation process which could have been a massive issue and would have delayed our move-in day, but Mellissa saved us and, again, went above and beyond to make sure that our moving and referencing process was as smooth as it could be. We are incredibly thankful to have such a wonderful experience, and we want to offer a specific thank you to Mellissa Carrington.

ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF LIARS AND TEAM OF CROOKS WITH NO HONESTY OR INTEGRITY

To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

I recently bought a house sold through Bairstow Eves. The good: the team were happy to pass on all questions from me or the seller, even when they thought they were odd questions. This improved communication. The team were polite and friendly, and kept the sale progressing. They chased both me and the seller, which was really helpful when some paperwork got held up. I appreciated their knowledge of the process, and their understanding of the local market. And I love my new house. The not so good: The first viewing I booked, I was emailed a different time to the one the team had written down, and it was very politely said that this was my fault. However, they did book me onto the next viewing. It feels like the team is quite stretched at times and could do with more people. There was quite a hard sell approach to viewings, and I felt pressurised at times to view properties I wasn't interested in. Summary: If I was buying again, I would feel quite positive about buying a house sold through this office.

She really took the time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for. She is great at keeping in regular touch and contacts me as soon as new properties come on she thinks I would like.
