GoogleI don’t feel I got the most pro active of service when purchasing a property through Haart. Repeatedly promised weekly communications which didn’t happen
Sorry you felt that way. The roles in branch did change throughout this, however we made 56 sales progression entries which works out at 3 contacts per week. We feel this is inline with what we promise. Issues did occur as we would expect and are prepared for, again we feel this was worked on by our staff member Justine in a very professional manor which we felt saved the property from falling through. GoogleVery appalled by the service received from Matt/Nicola as well as the blatant lies. Avoid at all costs. If you do decide to proceed with Haart, get everything in writing before handing any money over. They will deny then backtrack what they have said, but will still refuse to refund anyway.
