GoogleThe service was professional and easy in the early stages when Haart was selling my property. Since selling they have been disengaged from the process making the whole experience much more stressful than needed. This is not a company I would use again in the future, having found other agents much better in comparison.

GoogleThey didn't keep us up to date with anything. Promised to ring every Monday with updates and didn't. Told us the had plenty of clients to view. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Just bad communications. Would not recommend them to sell your house. A week after taking off the market with them the for sale sign is still up outside the house!!! Also they are very expensive.

GoogleHaart's (Hannah Cleave) have been fantastic from the very first point of contact from viewing the property until exchange and completion. Hannah has kept me informed at every step and has always responded to emails and phone calls promptly. She has been so proactive with chasing solicitors and trying to keep things moving along for me. I would recommend Haart's (and Hannah in particular!). Thanks!

GoogleIt was a bit of a rocky start, I guess I expected everything done immediately, but I'm very glad I stayed with them. They were very good at getting potential buyers through the door and we had several offers for our house. They were good at keeping us updated through the selling process. Would recommend this branch to anyone selling or buying!

GoogleWe've recently been looking for properties in the Fishponds area with Haart and they've been great. They helped us find a great property that we nearly saw through to the end, which unfortunately didn't complete in the end. After that though, Hannah, has been on it with other properties that are exactly what we're after. Very friendly and helpful team.
