GoogleCould not be happier with the staff here, while I had most of my interactions with Ciaran, Levi and Nicola, they were all and each incredibly friendly and helpful. Provided excellent tailored support at every step through the process; from the viewing to the signing of the contract. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live in Fishponds and the surrounding area! Cheers to all involved

GoogleOur seller dropped out as were in financial difficulty and couldn’t actually sell, what really annoyed us is that this was the second time they had put it up for sale - stitched up!

However, I am not giving them 5 stars because of only one reason described as below. I chose the solicitor, Convey Law for the transaction with the recommendation of Haart. But we are totally unsatisfied with the service of the solicitor we received.

GoogleA fantastic estate agent! Although they are only supposed to be responsible for rent collection of our abode they have still gone above and beyond to help when dealing with a difficult landlord. The manager Nicola even bought us one of her own heaters whilst we were waiting for the heating to be repaired! In December this made all the difference. Thank you!
