GoogleHaart Fishpond team was very professional, friendly, reliable, and achieved a good sale price. Thanks to their nation-wide network, haart found a potential buyer within one week (although the property was put off market soon afterwards but took 4+ months to exchange). Their fees were also very reasonable, I.e. 1.5%. I strongly recommend Haart Fishponds.

GoogleI had a good experience with Haart Fishponds. My sale was managed by Eva who was great at keeping checks on both buying and selling side. She helped hugely by continuously pushing the sale along even given the difficulties. All staff in the fishponds office were very friendly and welcoming.

When things fell through initially with my house sale, they were quick to remedy the situation with kindness and efficiency. (despite my obvious panic!) GoogleUpon moving into a house left full of old tenants bins, clothes and general rubbish, Haart ignored all forms of communication and didnt not try to help up recive compensation for the COVID nightmare house we moved into. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

GoogleComplete waste of time. when asked to remove the property off the market , I was told it was removed off of rightmove, but it was still on right move, this has costed me my sale.

GoogleI had brilliant service from the team at Haart. I felt they were the glue, holding the process together. The efficiency of the legal representatives was regularly called into doubt but it was Haart who gained the information and kept me updated. I can only recommend them.

GoogleAwful experience with branch. Proceed at own risk. Ensure everything is in writing before handing any money over. Given the colourful nature of Haarts past a simple Google search shows they flout the rules at every level. Currently pursuing legal action against them.

GoogleHaart have been very helpful to us in our search to find a house. Steve in particular will call us before a property has been listed online, and help us to view asap, which we very much appreciate! They definitely make house hunting less stressful!
