I used RMS Jesmond to find a tenant for our flat in Newcastle. From on the onset Cristy and team have been clear, helpful and proactive. The entire sign up, marketing, tenant finding and tenant processing (referencing and contracting) has been smooth and seamless. I was able to get a good tenant with an uplift on our rental income within 2 weeks of the property being emptied.

He really helped us to understand what we needed to do and how it would work, and when it came to us finding a property he did our negotiations for us which really helped us.
