Ponteland Branch. Excellent service selling my property. It was a difficult property to sell, with no useful comparables, and a number of problems. They gave good practical advice, tested the market. GoogleI'm sure this probably isn't the case for everyone by looking at other reviews but we had our house up for sale with these as well as another estate agent. The other got us one or two viewings per week. Rook Matthews Sayer got us none. They also took our house off the market without consulting us.
