Excellent sales experience in 2021/22 with The Blyth Branch from start to conclusion with successful sale of our property. Great marketing advice, related legal and conveyancing support. They were able to assist with all viewings and kept us in the loop at all times. I have used them before for sale of our main property in 2019 and would definitely recommend to others.

Rook Matthews Sayer were fantastic. Everyone knows that selling a house is stressful however RMS made the whole process so easy. Sadly our chain broke a couple of times however RMS were quick in re-marketing our home and we ended up getting a great price. Excellent communication throughout and the staff in the Blyth office are clearly passionate and are really good at what they do.

The Blyth staff have been very supportive during the sale of my home. Communication has been good, although there were times that I had to wait for updates via email due to the team being extremely busy, which I could cope with. The staff are very friendly, and always picked up the phone if I had any queries or questions. Thanks for all your help guys!

Blyth office were very quick and professional in handling the sale of our house and the initial feedback was great. Just slightly disappointed that we had to chase at one stage to find out why things appeared to have slowed down. Would have preferred absolute clarity on "cash buyer's status". All worked out in the end and happy with outcome.
