Very poor experience with Taylor’s Bedford especially the property manager. She never responded when I approached her for couple of things while I was staying in a flat rented through Taylor’s. Now my contract finished and I have been waiting for my deposit for nearly one month. They either not pick my calls or apologies and give number of excuses for not giving my deposit.

Taylor’s was my original choice and my ‘go to’ agent since. I can honestly say I haven’t lost more than a couple of days rent in about 5 years despite tenants coming and going. Always on it immediately, I can wholeheartedly recommend their lettings team in all areas of their business.

We purchased our property from an alternative agent and moved in to it in early December . Taylor's have been asked twice to remove the property, from all advertising sites. The second time by visit to their office. It is now back on right move and I am most unhappy with their behaviour Would never use them.
